On Thursday, June 10, we received the eviction title for the Køpiwagenplatz. As announced, we will not accept the verdict, and are appealing this decision. But the eviction order is still enforceable by paying a security deposit of 200 thousand euro by the owner even while we are waiting for the appeal. We believe this has been payed in the meantime. So the threat of eviction is very serious!
But we are not the only threatened project in Berlin – many others are threatened by upcoming evictions, like the Rigaer94, the Potse, the Wagenplatz Mollies, Ratibor wagenplatz and many more…
That’s why we want to hold an info- and mobitour about our current situation in different cities, to connect and inform, and answer any questions or feedback.

Am Donnerstag, den 10. Juni 2021, haben wir den Räumungstitel für den Køpi Wagenplatz erhalten. Wie angekündigt, werden wir das Urteil nicht akzeptieren und eine Berufung einlegen. Dennoch ist der Räumungstitel durch die Zahlung einer 200.000 € Kaution durch den Eigentümer auch schon vor der Berufung vollstreckbar. Wir glauben, dass diese Summe in der Zwischenzeit schon gezahlt worden ist. Die Lage ist also ernster als je zuvor.
Wir sind aber nicht das einzige bedrohte Projekt in Berlin – auch viele andere Projekte sind von bevorstehenden Räumungen bedroht, wie Rigaer94, Potse, der Wagenplatz Mollies, Ratibour Wagenplatz und viele mehr…
Deshalb wollen wir eine Info/Mobilisation Tour in verschiedenen Städten veranstalten, um über unsere aktuelle Situation zu sprechen, uns zu vernetzen und Fragen zu beantworten.
